It is the only one of its kind and, in such way, a very important reality that gathers under its initials (FH-DCE) the most prestigious European Harley -Davidson clubs.
Completely
independent by the mother house H-D of Milwaukee (U.S.A) but however in
continues contact with the same. Every day consolidating its rising
importance and increasing the number of members associated. A great family
where the ethnic groups, the different usages and customses are united by
a great passion, where the distances among far-off countries are cancelled
by deep bonds of true friendship.
It was born informally in the 70's,
from a group of friends that jointed under its wing different clubs. But
only in 1991 is constituted officially with the acronym FH-DCE.
Its
mirror has been and currently is the "SUPER RALLY" that entertains in
holidays more of 15,000 enthusiasts coming from every angle of
Europe.
The Super-Rally, that is also a trademark registered by the
FH-DCE, is the greatest European meeting reserved to the Harley-Davidson
and Indian owners. Every year is organized in an different European nation
and is realized in the week of Pentecost by the national resident club
affiliated to the FH-DCE.

The Federation is made up by about 60 clubs, the eldest is the H-DC Praha. In 2003, Praha celebrated 70 years of life. The largest is the H-DC Sweden that counts more than 9,000 members.
Every year, in a different nation, during the month of November, Federation develops the "President's Meeting". It is a reunion of all the Club Presidents and their delegations where they establish common directives to undertake and, above all, the improvements to bring to the principal manifestation of the FH-DCE, the "Super-Rally".
The "President's Meeting", in the year 2003, centennial of the Harley-Davidson, has been organized as a special event by the H-DIC ( Harley-Davidson Italian Club ) in Rome. They received extensive consents from all the European clubs and even from specialized magazines.
